How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, choose the item and size you would like, and add it to your cart. When you are ready, go to checkout, enter your delivery details and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order has been received.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link. You can use this to follow your parcel as it makes its way to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. All available options are shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time then depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to a wide range of destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I return an item?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at scchsm01@protonmail.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
How do I choose the right size?
