Accepted Payment Methods
At Shduojie we want checkout to be quick, familiar and secure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The options shown to you at checkout may vary depending on your location and device.
Paying by Card
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Simply enter your card details at checkout and confirm the payment. Your card is charged in the currency shown on the checkout page at the time your order is placed.
Digital Wallets
For a faster checkout you can pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay where supported. When you choose a wallet, your saved payment and delivery details are used to complete the purchase, so you do not need to re-enter your card information on every order.
PayPal
You can also complete your purchase through PayPal using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account or a linked card. Selecting PayPal at checkout takes you to a secure PayPal page to authorise the payment before returning you to our store.
Payment Currency
All prices and payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. If your card or account is held in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and may charge a conversion fee. Those charges are set by your provider and are not controlled by Shduojie.
When You Are Charged
Your payment is authorised when you place your order and captured when the order is processed. If an item is unavailable or an order is cancelled, any authorisation or charge relating to it is released or refunded in line with our Refund Policy.
Card Security and Verification
All transactions are processed over a secure, encrypted connection. For your protection, some payments are subject to additional verification, such as 3-D Secure, which may require you to confirm the payment with your bank through an app or a one-time code.
Declined or Failed Payments
If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Declines can happen for many reasons, including insufficient funds, an expired card, an incorrect billing address or a security check by your bank. Please check your details and try again, or contact your bank if the problem continues.
Sales Tax and Import Charges
Where applicable, sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase. Orders shipped internationally may also be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
